The Contract

A
contract
shall
be deemed
to have
been
made
between
Ukticketbrokers.com
and
the
booking
client
("the
Client")
when
the
client
has
confirmed
requirements
by,
inter
alia,
facsimile,
letter,
written
order
form
or telephone
and
Ukticketbrokers.com
have
accepted
such
a booking-an
invoice
or holding
voucher
being
proof
of such
acceptance.

| 2.
Price |
|
|
The
premium
charged
above
the
face
value
of tickets,
to Sold
Out
Events,
reflect
our
costs
of obtaining
preferred
seating
and
are
based
on supply
demand
and
seat
location
on your
preferred
date.
All
deposits
are
refundable
while
the
redeemable
deposit
voucher
is still
valid.

| 3.
Payment - Corporate
Hospitality,
Special Events
and Tickets
with Corporate
Hospitality |

3.1
|
Deposit
-A refundable
deposit
of 10%
of the
overall
price
of the
booking
must
be within
7 days
of acceptance
of the
booking
unless
the
booking
is accepted
within
60 days
of an
event
in which
case
the
full
amount
must
be paid
immediately
upon
the
booking
being
accepted.

3.2
|
Payment
of Balance
-The
balance
of the
overall
price
must
be paid
not
less
than
60 days
before
the
date
of the
event.

| 4.
Payment -Tickets
Only |
|
|
|
4.1
|
A redeemable
voucher
will
be issued
at the
initial
point
of sale
and
will
be valid
until
full
payment
is taken.
The
full
price
"Balance"
of the
booking
must
be paid
within
60 days
of the
selected
event.
Once
full
payment
has
been
taken
tickets
cannot
be exchanged
or refunded.

4.2
|
Should
an event
for
any
reason
be cancelled
or rescheduled
Ukticketbrokers.com
will
strictly
only
be liable
for
the
face
value
of the
ticket.

| 5.
Consequences
of Failure to
Pay |
|

|
5.1
|
If payment
is not
made
within
the
time
limits
in clauses
3 &
4 above,
this
will
be a
breach
of contract
by the
client
entitling
Ukticketbrokers.com
to treat
the
contract
as at
an end,
and
reallocate
the
corporate
hospitality
facilities,
bookings
and/or
tickets
without
informing
the
client.

| 6.
Cancellation
or Variations
by the Client |
|
|
|
6.1
|
Refunds
of holding
vouchers
will
be accepted
only
by recorded
delivery
and
must
be sent
to the
registered
offices
of Ukticketbrokers.com.
|
|
|
|
6.2
|
Any
request
by the
client
for
a variation
to a
booking
must
be made
in writing
by letter
sent
by recorded
delivery
to Ukticketbrokers.com
at the
registered
address
and
is only
effective
if accepted
in writing
by Ukticketbrokers.com.

| 7.
Consequences
of Cancellation
by the Client |

|
7.1
|
Hospitality
:
If a
booking,
or part
of a
booking
is cancelled
by the
client
less
than
sixty
days
before
the
event,
the
client
shall
be liable
for
the
total
price
of the
booking.

|
|
7.2
|
Cancellation
by the
client-
Tickets
only
:
In the
event
of cancellation
by the
client
after
the
expiry
of any
holding
voucher,
the
client
shall
be liable
for
the
total
price
of the
booking.

| 8. Cancellation of event or non play due to poor weather conditions |

In the event of cancellation or non-play due to adverse weather conditions tickets will be refunded at the full face value. |

| 9. Advertised packages |
|
|

All advertised packages are subject to availability. |
|

| 10.
Liability of
Ukticketbrokers.com |
|
|
|
9.1
|
The
client
hereby
acknowledges
that
Ukticketbrokers.com
acts
as agent
of the
client
in arranging
the
booking
and
that
Ukticketbrokers.com
will
not
be liable
for
any
misrepresentations,
negligence,
contractual
or tortuous
loss
of any
kind
whatsoever
suffered
by the
client
or any
due
to any
act
or omission
by or
on behalf
of any
third
party.

9.2
|
In
any
event
Ukticketbrokers.com
shall
not
be liable
for
death
or personal
injury
suffered
by the
client
or it's
guests
arising
out
of the
booking.This
limitation
of liability
shall
also
extend
to any
loss
or damage
sustained
by property
or belongings
of the
client
or any
of the
client's
guests
or for
any
further
costs,
demands
or expenses
incurred
or suffered
by the
client
arising
out
of the
booking.

9.3
|
Ukticketbrokers.com
will
not
be liable
for
any
cancellation
of or
alteration
to the
booking
or any
loss
or damage
to the
client
arising
out
of circumstances
beyond
its
control
including
but
not
limited
to any
act
of god,
natural
disaster
or act
of terrorism.

| 11.
Law and Construction |
|
|
The
contract
of these
terms
and
conditions
shall
be governed
by English
Law
and
Ukticketbrokers.com
and
the
client
hereby
submits
to the
exclusive
jurisdiction
of the
English
Courts
in all
matters
regarding
the
contracts
and
these
Terms
and
Conditions.
